East Lansing, MI—The County Road Association of Michigan RUSH-PAC has endorsed Sam Singh in the General Election for the State Representative in the 69th House District.
RUSH-PAC endorsements are made not on the basis of political party, but by who has done or would do the best job of helping to improve Michigan’s local and state transportation infrastructure. The candidates endorsed by RUSH-PAC have demonstrated an understanding of the numerous legislative priorities that impact local road agencies, and deserve our support.
“Michigan residents rely on local road and bridge system to carry goods to market and their children to school, to ensure emergency vehicles reach their destinations and to take them through the activities of daily life,” County Road Association Director John Niemela said. “RUSH-PAC seeks to educate and support candidates who will make Michigan’s transportation infrastructure a priority, allowing the State to compete for jobs in the 21st Century.”
The County Road Association of Michigan Rural and Urban Streets and Highways Political Action Committee (CRAM RUSH-PAC) is the political fundraising arm of the County Road Association of Michigan (CRAM). CRAM represents Michigan’s 83 county road agencies, which collectively maintain 75 percent of Michigan’s road; more than 90,000 miles and 5,700 bridges.
“Michigan’s infrastructure is a vital aspect of its growth and prosperity,” Said Singh. “I am honored to receive an endorsement from an organization that understands the importance of investing in Michigan’s future through ensuring our citizens have a safe roads and highways.”
